The Mary LESSLIE Hallward'74 Innovation Awards

Inspired by Noodle’s unique mission, Mary Hallward (Mary LESSLIE Hallward, Class of ’74) and her husband Graham have generously established the Hallward Innovation Awards to be awarded to the competition’s top three innovative ideas. The top student or team of students will win access to $10,000 in seed funding for their venture, while the first and second runners-up will be awarded seed funding valued at up to $1,000 and $400, respectively. The $10,000 Noodle grand prize is the largest in Branksome history.

As a dedicated volunteer and donor, Mary is a champion of Branksome students and committed to helping each of them fulfill their potential in shaping a better world.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
We wish to acknowledge this land on which Branksome operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work and go to school on this land.

Setting the new standard for girls' education everywhere takes collective action. From all of us.
