Join the Branksome Hall community for a conversation with acclaimed psychologist and best-selling author, Dr. Lisa Damour.
Her latest book, Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls, addresses the facts about psychological tension and the underappreciated value of stress, while also outlining the critical steps adults can take to shield girls from toxic pressures.
Branksome Hall is delighted to be hosting Dr. Damour on the only Canadian stop on her international book tour. This event is expected to be very popular, drawing hundreds of attendees from both the Branksome community and beyond.
