Jen is the Founder and CEO of Straight Up Health, a mental health clinic focused on proactive, personalized support for youth and families. As a mental health navigator, mentor, and speaker, she is passionate about helping the next generation build confidence, resilience, and real-life leadership skills.
A proud Branksome Hall alum, Jen credits her time at the school for sparking her passion for community impact and strong female leadership. Today, she works with schools, families, and organizations across the country to redefine how we support youth mental health—with compassion, clarity, and real-world tools that make a lasting difference.
