The Fitness Centre has great facilities and many programs for students, faculty and staff. Whether you're trying to get in shape, find an enjoyable activity to do with your friends, or put in some intense training for your sport, the Fitness Centre offers a variety of services.
As a Senior and Middle School student, you can come to the Fitness Centre for your own personal fitness assessment and to consult our fitness instructor on building your own routine.
During the week, you'll see girls working out on the equipment, coming in for lessons, or taking one of the many classes offered throughout the day.
Our fitness instructor also works with Branksome's athletes to develop training schedules and activities that build confidence and put them at the top of their game.
