Branksome Moms Conquer Mount Kilimanjaro

For this year’s Spirit Week, we chose to hold a community service competition that featured a school supply drive for our partner school QGAP in South Africa and Rose Avenue Park School in Toronto. Each grade brought in so many school supplies that we decided to donate them to a wide range of Toronto schools!

We Have a National Public Speaking Champion

Grade 11 student Liz Stratton has been named the 2010 National Public Speaking Champion of Canada. Along with Branksome teammates Zeenia Framroze (Grade 11) and Anisah Mahomed (Grade 9), Liz represented Ontario during the National Public Speaking Championship held at St. John’s-Ravenscourt School in Winnipeg, Manitoba, last month.
