“Write what you know,” children’s author Heather Hartt-Sussman told Grade 3 students during the Junior School Book Fair. Ms Hartt-Sussman was invited to read from her new book,
Nana’s Getting Married. She told the girls that the inspiration for her story came from events in her own life and advised them to also write stories based on their own experiences.
