French Teacher
 
Commencing with the 2012-13 academic year, there is an opportunity for a full-time, permanent French teacher, in the Senior and Middle School for Grades 7-12, teaching both core and extended French classes. We are looking at candidates who have several years of prior experience teaching French. As the school is an IB World school, MYP and IB Diploma program experience would be preferable.
 
The following qualifications are also essential:
  • A proven and relevant academic background
  • A proven ability to have a caring rapport with students
  • Strong communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and productive work ethic
  • Be collaborative and commit to co-curricular activities
  • Ontario Teachers’ Certificate or equivalent
